Tandelyn Weaver - Executive Director 

Tandelyn Weaver has over 25 years in Management, Finance, Marketing and Sales. Mrs. Weaver is also a passionate enthusiast for Small Business and  established The KBC’s Entrepreneur Learning Center to help start and grow Small Businesses.  She  held Executive positions in several Fortune 50 companies including Citibank, IBM, and Merrill Lynch.  She has served as the Houston City Director and Executive Coach for Coachville.  She is a Mayoral Appointee to the TIRZ 9 Board of Directors  and serves on  the Advisory Board of SCORE.  Ms Weaver received her BA from Spelman college and MBA in Marketing and Finance from The Wharton School of Finance at the University of Pennsylvania.


Samuel Sprawling - Director of Information Technology


Sam is the Director of Information Technology for The Kingdom Builders' Center & it's tenants. Sam provides technical leadership & vision, Leveraging Technology to Accelerate Innovation and Business Transformation. During his 22 year career he has worked in the healthcare, Oil& Gas and Corporate Technology Consulting industry, and also served 8 years as a U.S. Marine.


Phillip McKnight - Senior Facility Manager

Phil’s motto, “There are no winners on a losing team” is an example of why The KBC is a premier facility.  He and his team work closely with the event planners to make sure every detail is accountedfor.  Whatever the guests need, Phil and his team strive to please.  It is that effort and dedication that makes every event a success.


Toni Williams - Events Services Manager and Business Office Administrator

With over 20 years of experience, Ms. Williams is the consummate professional. Specializing in government, corporate and social events, Ms. Williams is simply the best.  Her acumen for hospitality and her attention to all the details makes every client feel at ease.  Her ability to intertwine skillful organization along with her passion for people ensures a platinum experience.  When you arrive at The KBC for your event, you can be confident that every minor detail has been considered.  Her motto is “The event begins in the parking lot.”


Lee Hall - Office Works Graphics and Copying CEO

Ms. Hall is our resident graphic/design expert. Ms. Hall draws on her 20 plus years of experience to create quality print and graphics for The KBC and for our guest.  If you need banners, flyers, or brochures to promote your function, with Ms. Hall you can expect quality at a reasonable price.


Ron Bailey - Production Coordinator/KBC Facilities

During his three years with The KBC, Ron has proving to be one of our most versatile employees.  His responsibilities range from working with our facilities team to working in our office print center.  Ron’s hard work is not only noticed by his peers but recognized by the client as well.    Ron’s motto, “Deliver the customer platinum customer service.”


Georgetta Scott -  Executive Administrative Assistant & Capital Campaign Coordinator

Georgetta has 16 years as a proactive Executive Administrative Assistant with the ability to build rapport and establish positive working relationships by using strong interpersonal skills. She adapts easily to the needs of diverse work groups and proactively shares knowledge and skills while maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information.  She is extremely dependable and punctual.  She is a team player who is able to assist others while balancing own work activities.

Tangela Bond - Events Coordinator

Tangela serves at The KBC as an Event Coordinator.  She brings with her many years of experience in both the business and nonprofit sector. Her administrative skills and friendly personality consistently delivers platinum service with a smile. Her dedication to successful event logistics helps to ensure that each event exceeds the client’s expectations.

Ameerah Smith  - Resources Scheduling Coordinator/ Facilities Liaison

Ameerah brings organization and systematic excellence to our team.  It is her experience and attention to detail that allows the KBC to ensure that our guests receive the best space available and that our tenants have ample space to host their events all in a seamless process.  Ameerah’s schedule coordination with both the facilities and event departments solidifies the KBC’s commitment to excellence and makes it one of the premier event facilities in Houston.
